Case Study: Au Chocolate — “Welcome to Chocolate Heaven”

Project Overview This conceptual website design for Au Chocolate uses a deep brown and gold palette to evoke richness, warmth, and indulgence. The interface blends dessert photography, melted chocolate textures, and playful iconography to create a luxurious browsing experience for chocolate lovers.

Problem Chocolate brands often rely on simple product pages that fail to capture the sensory experience of chocolate. The challenge was to create a digital environment that feels immersive, flavorful, and emotionally engaging — while still functioning as a clean, navigable website.

Solution I designed a chocolate themed interface with: • A melted chocolate hero image and the headline “Welcome to Chocolate Heaven” • A navigation bar using dessert themed icons for Home, Products, Services, Company, and Contact • A right side feature column showcasing chocolate chip cookies, decorative chocolate bars, and gourmet desserts • Warm gradients and glossy textures to reinforce indulgence • “More…” links to encourage exploration and product discovery The result is a digital experience that feels like stepping into a chocolate boutique.

The navigation icons were designed to be playful yet elegant. The final layout balances sensory richness with usability, creating a site that feels both luxurious and accessible.
